Refund Policy

FayveeHub sells digital courses delivered electronically. Please review the course title, price and description before making payment.

Refunds may be considered when:

  • You were charged twice for the same purchase.
  • Payment was successful but the course access was not delivered after support review.
  • A verified system error caused an incorrect charge.

Refunds are not usually granted when:

  • Access has already been delivered and the customer changes their mind.
  • The buyer entered the wrong email and did not contact support early.
  • The buyer cannot access Google Drive or YouTube due to device/account restrictions.
